Sessions – Week 6

As a scarecrow, people say i’m outstanding in my field. But hay – it’s in my jeans

Now i have your attention here what’s on this week for the Mighty Beavers:

Monday 6AM Swim session at the Meres. This week it’s easy, strong and fast sets – looking at body position and general conditioning – Coaches are Simon and Natalie

Tuesday 7PM Strength and Conditioning ONLY £3 per session, just pay on the door. If you fancy working on that core to make yourself a better athlete overall then this is for you! Coached by Chris

Wednesday. 7PM running session at the Meres stadium. Stephen will be coaching this and a great way to improve your running performance. Cost is £3.00, pay on the door. No need to book.

Thursday 7PM. Training run and social run sessions starting from the Meres Car Park. Run Leaders Chris and Mark

Saturday 7AM Swim session at the Meres. This week its seeing how fast you can swim over 16 lengths. Coaches Gerry and David.

Saturday 9AM Park run at Belton House which has a new route.

Sunday 9AM Social and Training bike rides starting from the Meres Car Park. Route navigators Mark and Sophie

With regards to social rides and runs; whilst the sessions are organised by Belvoir Tri Club, but are non-coached, our insurance will not cover individuals participating. We therefore encourage you to have personal insurance in place that covers you for triathlon related activities.
All sessions are for ALL abilities. We always try stay together in a group or groups but it is advisable to familiarize yourself with the routes once they are published before the run/ride. 
Sessions are subject to change if needed.
