Here what’s on this week for the Mighty Beavers:
Monday 6AM Swim session at the Meres. Coach is Natalie. With a general focus on kick and core engagement. If you didn’t see the post ages ago from now until the new year we’ll only have 3 lanes. So if it’s busy, lane 3 will follow the plan and lanes 1 and 2 will be coached, all depends on numbers. Please be on time.
Tuesday No social cycling from now on I’m afraid as it’s getting dark quite early now.Hopefully we will be bringing back strength and conditioning soon
Wednesday. Back at the track with Mr Stephen Hobday. If you want to be able to run quicker this is where you need to be. Please be at the Meres for 7.30pm and its £2.50
We also have a third group for people wanting to start running with the distance usually being 5km ish. So look out for a further post on that.
With regards to social rides and runs; whilst the sessions are organised by Belvoir Tri Club, but are non-coached, our insurance will not cover individuals participating. We therefore encourage you to have personal insurance in place that covers you for triathlon related activities.
All sessions are for ALL abilities. We always try stay together in a group or groups but it is advisable to familiarize yourself with the routes once they are published before the run/ride.
