Here what’s on this week for the Mighty Beavers:
Monday 6AM Monday swim coached by Claudette Joint at the Meres. Please please please be on time, nobody likes a tardy swimmer. Focus is on, I believe, set goal pace.
Tuesday Turbo is back with Chris Pugh and his eclectic range of music. Starting at 7.30 so please be there by 7.15 at Barrowby Hall
Wednesday Track session is still on I believe. Please see further updates from Mr Hobday on this. These are more focused around the more experienced runner.
Also on Wednesday is Darren Joint new Get Stronger, fitter and faster session which I hope you’ve signed up for.
Thursday – Run. Fancy a tootle. Pugh will be your navigator this week. All running abilities welcome, doesn’t matter what the pace, quicker runners always loop back
Sunday 9am. Hopefully no heavy wind next week but chance would be a fine thing. The A ride will be about 16+ mph led by Ove Andresen and the B ride which is 14+mph will be led by tbd
With regards to social rides and runs; whilst the sessions are organised by Belvoir Tri Club, but are non-coached, our insurance will not cover individuals participating. We therefore encourage you to have personal insurance in place that covers you for triathlon related activities.
All sessions are for ALL abilities. We always try stay together in a group or groups but it is advisable to familiarize yourself with the routes once they are published before the run/ride.
